How do I schedule my first appointment?

We schedule appointments by phone. Call 252-430-4375 to book, or send a message through our contact form and we will reach out by phone or email. We will get you set up at the location nearest you.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can book your first visit directly with us.

What happens at my first visit?

Your new patient visit covers your weigh-in, your health and diet history, a personalized nutrition plan, and a discussion of your weight management options, including supplements and prescriptions. You leave with a plan built around you and clear next steps, not a stack of pamphlets.

What should I bring?

To keep your first visit quick and easy, bring:

Your completed new patient registration form
A list of any medications and supplements you currently take
Your $100 new patient visit fee

Where do I get the registration form?

You can download the new patient registration form from our New Patient page and bring it completed to speed up check-in.

Who is the program for?

We work with adults at all stages of life, men and women alike. Your provider reviews your health history at your first visit to tailor a plan and confirm which options are the right fit for you.

How much is the first visit?

The new patient visit is a flat $100. That includes your weigh-in, health and diet history, your personalized nutrition plan, and a discussion of weight management, supplements, and prescriptions.

How does pricing work after the first visit?

After your first visit, ongoing care is built around regular weekly visits. We will go over current pricing with you at your visit so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you take insurance?

We do not bill through insurance. Keeping insurance out of it lets us hold pricing transparent and keep your visits unhurried.

Can I use an HSA or FSA?

Yes. We accept health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts toward your care.

How much do medications or injections cost?

Medication costs depend on what your provider recommends for you, and they are discussed at your visit.

How much do aesthetic treatments cost?

Aesthetic treatments are priced separately from weight loss care, with starting prices listed on each treatment page.

THE PROGRAM

How our care works

What makes this different from online or telehealth weight loss?

Our care is in person and physician-supervised. You get weekly accountability and a team that knows you by name, with our providers reviewing your chart and overseeing every step. That is the part a telehealth screen cannot replace.

How often will I come in?

Weekly. Regular weigh-ins and check-ins are the backbone of the program, and they are what keep progress steady.

What are the “magic scales” / body composition analysis?

They are bioelectric impedance scales that read what your weight is actually made of, fat versus muscle, rather than just a single number. That lets your provider tailor your plan and track real progress at your weekly weigh-ins.

Will I get a nutrition plan?

Yes. You receive a personalized diet plan and recipes built around your likes and your goals, including the option of our low-fat, nutritionally balanced 1000-calorie program designed to keep your energy up while you lose.

Do I have to take medication to be in the program?

No. Medication is optional and only recommended when your provider believes it fits your goals and health history. When it is used, it is always paired with your nutrition plan and weekly visits, not a substitute for them.

What injections do you offer?

We offer B12 and Megaburn injections, along with GLP-1 options including Semaglutide (Wegovy) and Tirzepatide (Zepbound). Your provider selects what fits your body and your goals after reviewing your health history.

What appetite suppressants do you offer?

Phentermine, Contrave, and Topiramate. These are prescription medications your provider may recommend, used alongside your nutrition plan and weekly visits rather than on their own.

Are these medications safe and right for me?

They are prescription medications, and they are not for everyone. Your provider reviews your full medical history before recommending anything and keeps an eye on how you are doing at your weekly visits. The plan is matched to you, not one-size-fits-all.

Are medications available at every location?

Yes. Our weight loss injections and appetite suppressants are offered across all of our locations.
